Coldstore 3000: Cold store program

Coldstore 3000 has been especially developed by ReflexSystems for companies that store and/or process products for third parties. You can generate an invoice at any given moment based on the performed work that can include the costs of stocking up and release and any processing costs (services) and storage fees (per kilo or item). Coldstore 3000 runs under Windows 2000 and XP. The first thing you notice in relation to the Coldstore 3000 program is its speed and user-friendliness. You can quickly get to work after installation and following a short training course.

Master files

You can keep an article file updated for each customer as well as basic information such as packing articles. You can, thus, use the product names and numbers of your customers. The operations are placed in the service file of which, in turn, standard combinations can be made for each customer. The management of the debtor file and invoicing itself takes place in Reflex 3000. The program has very advanced options to register price agreements. Every service has a basic price. You can enter a price agreement for each customer/service combination. You can enter a discount as a percentage or an amount. If, next, the standard price is changed, the price agreement will be automatically updated.

Stock orders and orders to be released

Stock orders and orders to be released can be created at the office. These stock orders and orders to be released can be processed via a linked Flex-3000 industrial terminal that may, in turn, be connected to scales. The storage costs can be invoiced at any given moment by simply pushing a button. The invoice will be compressed and the cost breakdown can be added including current stock levels.
