Supermarket chain DekaMarkt is about to completely renew the automation of its central butchery. ReflexSystems from Almere, one of the leading automation companies in the field, will take on this job.
On 15th April, DekaMarkt and Reflex Systems signed the contracts for the extensive automation project. After thorough research of the four largest suppliers of ERP solutions, it was apparent that Reflex Systems was the best. The practical, sophisticated software and hardware from RelexSystems proved to be the most optimal solution for DekaMarkt.
In addition to more efficient production, DekaMarkt expects to achieve a considerable cost saving. This, in particular, is a result of the full integration between the automatic pricing lines and the Reflex 3000 software programme. The large central butchery is going to work with many of the more than eighty software modules. The well-known Flex 3000 CT production terminals will also be brought in on a large scale.
The spearhead of the automation project is the monitoring and management of the production costs. In addition, DekaMarkt satisfies all the legal requirements regarding tracking and tracing with no extra effort involved. Reflex 3000 has expanded its programme over the last few years with a series of modules specifically aimed at the current legislation.
ReflexSystems is one of the leading players in the field of automation in the food industry. The company, with branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland, supplies registration terminals and weighing equipment as well as the modular software programme. Specific to ReflexSystems is its hands-on approach.
