ReflexSystems consistently responds to the requirements and trends arising from the food industry. Wholesalers are now operating more and more by the Cash & Carry method. There is also a noticeable increase in the number of food companies that are focussing on sales to private individuals. These both share the same trait: customers settle the account or make a part payment on the spot.

For this purpose, we have developed the new software module Reflex Cash Sales. From now on, it is possible to make cash payments via the Flex 3000 weigh and registration terminal. Owing to the link between the Flex terminal and the weighing scales, we can register the purchased weight and pieces immediately. Of course, you can also enter the weight or number of pieces using a linked barcode scanner.

If this has been done and the order's delivery note has been printed, the option is given to pay for the goods immediately. The outstanding amount from the delivery note is then displayed in a new screen along with the methods of payment available at the point of sales.

Once one of the methods of payment has been chosen, a payment can be made. If more than the outstanding amount is paid, the return amount is displayed. By pressing one of the methods of payment, a return amount can be given to the customer. In addition, there is also the option not to pay immediately. In this case, the amount is put on the customer's account.
